Job Summary

The Director of AI of Content Strategy will be a core member of the CB marketing team, responsible for ensuring CB content strategy is poised to deliver impact in a new, LLM-driven eco-system. This person will be more than a content strategist and creator - they will be a high-impact, highly visible orchestrator driving our business and brand forward. This person will need a proven ability to think cross-functionally in order to design and operationalize a data-driven, AI-native content strategy that impacts the full CB eco-system across stakeholders. They will have visibility and governance across key channels including, but not limited to, .com, thought leadership content, social, PR and earned media, sales enablement, executive content, and 3rd party content (partnerships, media programs, affiliate marketing, customer and technology partner content). We are looking for a strategic thinker, content expert, and team player who is AI-savvy with a proven ability to deliver content strategy and deliver best-in-class work in new, emerging areas. This person will need excellent executive presence and the ability to influence without direct reporting authority.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Architect dynamic LLM Strategy that reflects areas where CB brand should be showing up within AI eco-system
  • Work cross-functionally to define enterprise AI content strategy based on current strengths and opportunities
  • Build category authority and visibility for key areas of focus within brand and business
  • Design content approach that needs the needs of LLM (structured data, formats, schema, metadata, tagging, etc.)
  • Build AI content governance policy in partnership with legal and content development teams
  • Create frameworks for “answer engine optimization” and work with teams to populate content accordingly
  • Partner with SEO team to align structured content with search + LLM visibility
  • Ensure all content efforts (.com, social, thought leadership, etc.) support AI discoverability - consistently test and learn to determine best approach
  • Work cross-functionally to mobilize content strategy, supporting teams who are leading content development and ensuring they are delivering content that will drive AEO/GEO
  • Work with .com team on technical structure to ensure visibility and impact of content
  • Partner with brand on narrative consistency
  • Align with PR on earned signals & citation authority
  • Partner with media team to deliver content opportunities with key citation sources
  • Enable social teams with AI-enhanced distribution strategy
  • Support content teams on AI workflows
  • Develop prompt frameworks & content acceleration models
  • Define LLM visibility KPIs focused on content (cross-segment)
  • Track citation presence in AI summaries
  • Monitor semantic authority and entity recognition
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
