✨ About the Role Comcast is seeking a Content Editor to join our Content Delivery team, where you’ll help shape the public-facing Xfinity website—bringing TV packages, mobile plans, and smart home solutions to life for millions of residential customers. 🌐 What You’ll Be Working On
- Site Management: Maintain and update content on the Xfinity residential website using Sitecore CMS.
- Content Execution: Collaborate with developers and designers to bring digital concepts to life.
- Intake & Reporting: Track tasks using ServiceNow, ensuring updates meet SLAs and are accurately documented.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in QA reviews to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Process Optimization: Provide feedback to improve CMS workflows and content delivery processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present updates to eCommerce leadership, QA teams, and marketing/sales analysts.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of CMS experience (Sitecore preferred; WordPress, AEM, Magnolia, or similar experience is also welcomed)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Innovative thinker with a flexible, adaptable approach
- Comfortable speaking up in meetings and sharing ideas
- Detail-oriented and inquisitive—always asking questions and learning
