The Quality Assurance and Automation team is a key driver of transformation within Global Accounting Operations, with a strong focus on supporting payroll‑related processes and systems. We partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across all divisions to understand business challenges, uncover inefficiencies, andidentifyopportunities to enhance accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Our team leads business reengineering and quality assurance efforts by re‑evaluating payroll‑centric end‑to‑end processes and defining a future state enabled through automation and technology. Weare responsible forGL‑impactingpayroll data integrations, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of financial data feeding the General Ledger. Through targeted trend analyses and anomaly detection, we proactivelyidentifyand investigate GL variances tied to payroll activity.
While payroll is our primary area of concentration, the team also lends itsexpertiseto other operational areas asneededapplying the same disciplined approach to process optimization, data quality, and automation. By combining accounting knowledge, analytical insight, and technology enablement, we deliver scalable solutions that strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

As a Reporting Analyst Co‑op on the Quality Assurance & Automation team, you will focus on analyzing, improving, and scaling processes within Payroll Operations, with a strong emphasis on payroll data, reporting accuracy, and quality assurance. Youwillcollaborate with Payroll Operations and cross‑functional partners to design efficient, technology‑enabled solutions that support reliable payroll outcomes.

Youwilltackle complex, real‑world challenges likeidentifyingprocess gaps, defining quality standards, translating technical data into actionable insights, and building scalable solutions that support long‑term system architecture. Much of the work involves diagnosing risks, improving controls, and measuring whether new processesactually deliverresults.

Your contributions will directly support operational efficiency, cross‑team alignment, and the success of new systems and automation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- This role develops automated Financereports and dashboards to delivertimely, actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across enterprise systems. The analyst also evaluates performance and business impact to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner withcrossfunctionalteams to understand reporting requirements, define metrics, and ensure data consistency and adherence toestablishedcontrols.
- Automate and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and timeliness of insights.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills
- Experience withBusiness Intelligence, Advancedanalytics,anddata visualization tools such as Alteryx,Data360Analyze, Power BI.
- Ability to analyze data toidentifytrends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
- Preferred Majors:Business Administration,Computer Science, Management Information Systems,other related degree with a focus on data analysis/critical thinking,and Finance and Accounting
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currentlypursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
- Available to work40 hoursper week for 6 months startingSeptember 22,2026,throughMarch 26, 2027.
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting.

Salary:
Base Pay: $26.00
