This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

Role Description

In this role, you will partner closely with members of the Impact & Inclusion Governance team and key partners across the company to advance our mission of driving inclusion. The position will provide broad exposure to key inclusion efforts, insight into how they align with business goals, and an understanding of how inclusion drives positive business impact. The candidate will be challenged to use critical and innovative thinking skills and manage multiple projects.
You’ll be working with the best and brightest minds at Comcast that are building and maintaining an inclusive workplace environment and culture for all.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with and/or lead special projects within the Impact & Inclusion portfolio.
Assist with developing key deliverables including, but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations, draft email communications, speaker bios, and weekly news updates.
Assist with planning team meetings and events (e.g., logistics support, project management, staffing, etc.).
Conduct research on regulatory landscape insights and industry trends.
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and customer experience with our internal stakeholders.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong writing skills
Must be a self-starter, able to work both independently and in a highly collaborative work environment, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects at a time and manage priorities as needed
Strong skills in the areas of collaboration, partnering, relationship-building
Strong interest in the telecommunications, cable, and media industries
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly shifting priorities
Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Political Science, Pre-Law, Sociology, or Social Justice related field
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2025, through March 27, 2026.
2.5 minimum cumulative GPA required.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
