Our Financial Application team is committed to providing ongoing business systems support and innovative solutions to our finance and accounting partners. We offertechnologysolutions for key business processes across accounting, finance, government affairs, and compliance teams. Leveraging Oracle Cloud Fusion, a premier cloud-based ERP system, along with other comprehensive full-stack applications, our team supports and delivers on a strategic roadmap of initiatives, offering our internal customers integrated, streamlined, and automatedsolutions.

As a Co-Op student, you will collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional team to support and enhance both new and existing business processes across the organization. Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete project coordinatortasks such asscheduling meetings,maintainingcalendars and managing SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, distribution channels, etc.

• Provide data analysisand research as needed

• Perform data updates based on business requirements

• Manage user requests by providing communication, updates, and ongoing support

• Support testing of defects and roadmap enhancements 

• Cross functional collaboration with teams for duties as assigned

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PreferredSkills

• Aptitude for financial system software (Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP a plus)

• Project coordinator experience

• Knowledge of accounting concepts and principals and general business acumen

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Strong communicationskills

• Skilled in analysis and research (root cause, data decisioning, etc.)

• Comfortable presenting to groups and leaders

• Time management

• Microsoft Suite

• Preferred Majors:Business Analytics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems

MinimumQualificationsand Eligibility Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.

• Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.

• Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

• Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
