Program Overview

Discover opportunities designed to set your career in motion! The Comcast internship/co-op program will help you cultivate meaningful relationships, develop strong interpersonal and business skills, gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a Fortune 40 media and technology company, and receive mentorship opportunities to expand your professional network.

This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

Role Description

Are you a driven visual communicator who’s passionate about graphic design? Do you want to use your talents to translate business strategy into compelling visual stories?

The Enterprise Rotational Programs (ERP) team stands at the intersection of talent and innovation, cultivating the next generation of leaders who will drive our business forward. As our Visual Design Co-op, you'll create compelling materials that directly impact how we attract, develop, and inspire future leaders across technology, cybersecurity, and finance. This exciting role is an opportunity to apply creative skills to tangible business impact, enhancing how we communicate our programs' value and cultivate tomorrow's leaders.

What are some interesting problems the student will work on?

We're seeking a talented Visual Design Co-op/Intern to refresh and elevate our marketing collateral and visual assets. In this role, you'll help communicate our program's value proposition through compelling design that reflects our innovative spirit while maintaining brand consistency

  • Program Visibility: Create materials that effectively showcase our rotational programs to top talent

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure our visual identity remains cohesive across all platforms

  • Digital Transformation: Help modernize our digital presence on internal platforms

  • Participant Experience: Develop assets that enhance the learning journey for program participants

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Update and redesign branded PowerPoint templates used for program recruitment, onboarding, and training

  • Refresh SharePoint sites to improve navigation and visual appeal

  • Create cohesive visual assets for technology, cybersecurity, and finance rotational programs

  • Design digital marketing collateral for internal communications and recruitment

  • Develop visual elements for program events and milestone celebrations

  • Collaborate with ERP team members to understand program objectives and translate them into visual concepts

  • Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh design elements

  • Organize digital asset libraries for easy team access.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong visual design capabilities

  • Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Sway)

  • Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and templates

  • Knowledge of SharePoint design capabilities and limitations

  • Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout

  • Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh perspectives

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into visual solutions

  • Preferred Majors: Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing (with design focus)

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.

  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2025, through March 27, 2026.

  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
