Comcast's Brand team in Philadelphia, PA creates and manages the corporation’s advertising, digital content, the corporate website as well as all efforts to promote Comcast’s brand online and across social channels through paid and earned media. The teamis responsible forComcast’s reputation online throughout all its digital and social channels, as well as content published through those channels.
You’llsupport the corporate brand team in planning and executing strategies that help tell the company’s story and elevate the brand among key audiences. As a member of our corporate brand team,you’llgain exposure to the corporate communications department of a leading Fortune 30 company.You’llalso have opportunities to learn more about other functions across the broader communications team and company.
The ideal candidate will have interest in and an understanding of marketing/advertising,creativeand production and how brands come to life in this space. S/he must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and effectiveness.
Role Description

As a Comcast Brand Team Co-op on the Corporate Communications team, you will support the team in creating and producing projects to elevate the Comcast brand among key audiences. The ideal candidate iscreativethinker and proactive doer.

In this roleyou’llwork on the full spectrum of marketing and communications for an in-house Brand Team – from advertising and paid media, to creative and production –you’llsupport the process from idea to distribution of content for a Fortune 40 company.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Corporate Advertising & Social Media
Assistin planning and tracking corporate advertising campaigns across digital, broadcast, and social platforms.
Support content creation and scheduling for Comcast’s corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and compile engagement metrics and insights.
Internal Creative Studio
Collaborate with the internal creative team on design, video, and storytelling projects for internal and external audiences.
Help manage creative assets, organize project files, and support productionlogistics.
Participate in brainstorms and provide feedback on creative concepts and executions.
Talent Brand & Employer Marketing
Contribute to initiatives that promote Comcast’s employer brand, including recruitment marketing and employee storytelling.
Assistin developing content for career sites, job boards, and internal communications.
Help coordinate photo/video shoots and employee spotlights.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Operations
Attend team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
Support project management tasks including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and brand benchmarks

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currentlypursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work40 hoursper week for 6 months startingMarch 30,2026,throughSeptember 18,2026.

Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
