Organization & Team Overview
The Comcast Business Contracts Management team supports the full lifecycle of commercial agreements—from intake and review to execution and reporting. We partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and efficiently managed. As we modernize our tools and processes, we’re also exploring how AI can enhance speed, quality, and consistency across our workflows.
This Co‑op role is designed for students who enjoy solving problems, working with data, and learning how technology supports real‑world business operations.
Role Description
As a Contracts Management Co‑op, you will support day‑to‑day operations of the contract lifecycle while contributing to strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and data quality. You’ll work hands‑on with Pramata (our Contract Lifecycle Management platform), assist with reporting and analytics, and help develop job aids and process documentation—especially around the use of AI in contract management.
This role is ideal for students interested in business operations, legal operations, data analytics, or process improvement.

They’ll help solve real operational challenges like improving contract data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and uncovering insights through reporting. They’ll also work on designing AI‑enabled job aids and experimenting with new tools that make contract management faster, smarter, and more efficient.

Their work with Pramata and AI‑enabled job aids will directly help the team operate more efficiently and support smarter decision‑making across the business.
Job Responsibilities
Contract Lifecycle Support
- Assist with reviewing, organizing, and maintaining contract records within Pramata CLM
- Help validate contract metadata and ensure accuracy across systems
- Support the team in monitoring contract workflows and identifying bottlenecks
Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain recurring reports that track contract volume, cycle times, and key performance indicators
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support ad‑hoc data requests from leadership and cross‑functional partners
AI & Process Enablement
- Help document best practices for using AI tools in contract review, summarization, and data extraction
- Create job aids, process maps, and training materials to support team adoption of AI‑enabled workflows
- Participate in pilot projects that test new AI capabilities within contract management
Operational Excellence
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
- Assist with quality checks, audit preparation, and compliance‑related tasks
- Collaborate with team members to streamline documentation and standard operating procedures
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools
- Interest in contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems; familiarity with Pramata is a plus
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they can support contract review, summarization, and workflow automation
- Ability to create clear, user‑friendly documentation, job aids, and process guides
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Comfortable learning new software platforms and navigating complex systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team initiatives and cross‑functional projects
- Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Legal Studies / Pre‑Law, Information Systems, Data Analytics / Data Science, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Economics, Computer Science (with interest in AI or workflow automation), Communications or Technical Writing (for documentation‑heavy work)
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
- Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Salary:
Base Pay: $23.00
