Role Description

Do you want the opportunity to apply your communications, journalism, and marketing skills to createpositiveimpact? As an Impact & Inclusion Communications co-op,you’llbe part of a teamworking topromote corporate social responsibility (CSR), strengthen our communities, andchampion inclusion initiatives. 

In this role,you’llwork with smart, passionate communicators across the company to help shapeComcast’s annual Impact Report, craft compelling partnership announcements, support employee activations, and more.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities includebut are not limited to:

• Write and upload stories toour Intranet, and complete writing assignments for other channels such as social media, newsletters, and the corporate website.

• Draft a monthlynewsletter forinternal stakeholders across Comcast and NBCUniversal.

• Help with the communications and project management for Comcast’s annual Impact Report.

• Provide executive communications support including managing a speaking engagement tracker andexecutive speaking briefs.

• Copyedit andformat communicationscontent.

• Provide event support for Impact & Inclusion-hosted events.

• Managerelationshipwith online CSR distribution vendor 3BL.

• Designcontent using Canva(e.g., calendar invitations).

• Admintasks,as needed(e.g.,meeting notes, transcribing speeches, tracking projects,catalogingand archiving photography)

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PreferredSkills

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Strongcopyeditingskills

• Fluent in AP style (or other)

• Graphic design skills (Canva)

• Technically proficient/able to adapt to internal software/programs

• Self-starterand solidproject manager

• Collaborativeteam player

• Preferred Majors:Communications,Journalism, English,Marketing,Screenwriting

MinimumQualificationsand Eligibility Requirements

• Currentlypursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.

• Available to work40 hoursper week for 6 months startingSeptember 22,2026,throughMarch 26, 2027.

• Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.

• Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting.
