Organization & Team Overview

Comcast Experience Group

• Serve as an ambassador of the Comcast NBCUniversal brand as part of a comprehensive tour programshowcasingComcast’s headquarters campus. 

• Independently lead 75-minute campus tours for internal and external stakeholders, executive leaders, student groups, and VIP guests. 

• Coordinate and support tour program daily operations, including client communications, data reporting, and other short-term and long-term program initiatives. 

• Contribute to other various projects and initiatives withinCXG, based on area of study and skill set. 

• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. 

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Skills

• Preferred majorsinclude, butare not limited to: Tourism/Hospitality Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Political Science, Production, Business Administration, Operations Management, International Studies.

• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to memorize 75-minute tour script and deliver consistently multiple times per day, several days per week.

• Ability to effectivelyinterface withdiverse audiences including Comcast employees, executive leaders, elected officials, and student groups. 

• Ability to develop andmaintaineffective working relationships. 

• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

• Currentlypursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.

• Available to work40 hoursper week for 6 months starting March 30, 2026, through September 18, 2026.

• Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

• Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
