Carrier Access Pricing Analyst
Job Summary
The Carrier Access Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Comcast Business Carrier Sales by serving as a trusted pricing and quoting partner for internal teams and customers. This role owns the end-to-end quoting lifecycle, including survey coordination, rate card pricing, proposal development, and execution of complex, high-visibility RFPs. The analyst ensures accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherence while leveraging data and insights to drive informed pricing decisions. As a subject-matter expert, the role also partners cross functionally to enhance quoting tools, streamline processes, and support revenue growth. Role will be hybrid (four days per week in-office) at the Comcast Philadelphia Headquarters (1701 John F. Kennedy Blvd).Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for Carrier Sales and customers by delivering timely, professional responses to Quote Desk inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Own the end-to-end quoting process by initiating and managing site surveys, applying appropriate rate card pricing, and developing clear, competitive customer proposals. Proactively manage customer pricing activity by tracking quoted locations, proposal outcomes, and pricing performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the coordination and execution of large-scale and complex RFPs, ensuring bids are accurate, competitive, and submitted within required timelines.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined SLAs by producing high-quality, accurate deliverables and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a subject-matter expert by contributing to the enhancement of quoting tools, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support automation initiatives.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with Comcast Carrier Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners to support revenue growth and ensure alignment across pricing, sales, and operational processes.
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance while demonstrating flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules as business needs require.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives and evolving business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms) to manage customer interactions, track opportunities, and document pricing activity.
- Demonstrated background in preparing, analyzing, and delivering price quotes within a sales, pricing, or quote desk environment.
- Prior experience supporting product sales functions, including collaborating with sales teams to develop competitive, customer-focused pricing solutions.
- Strong ability to analyze sales data and pricing results to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve quoting accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience producing or contributing to sales reporting, dashboards, or performance tracking to support leadership insights and revenue objectives.
- Proven history of providing sales support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Telecommunications, carrier services, or B2B solutions experience preferred, particularly in roles supporting complex or multi-site customer engagements.
