Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead concept development and design execution across omnichannel retail campaigns—including promotional signage, window takeovers, in-store digital, total store refreshes, new-store concepts, and campaign work.

  • Present ideas and work with polish and clarity to cross-functional stakeholders, marketing leaders, and executives.
  • Get hands-on with design—bringing layout, typography, and brand storytelling to life at every stage of a campaign.
  • Guide and mentor designers and copywriters to elevate the overall quality of creative output and foster team development.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency across all customer touchpoints while ensuring speed to market.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer behaviors, and the competitive telecom landscape to fuel creative innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of creative/design experience, including 1–2 years in a senior or leadership role, preferably in an in-house agency or retail environment.
  • A portfolio that showcases exceptional design work across retail, digital, print, and branded content.
  • Proven ability to lead by doing—both conceptually and in execution—with a deep understanding of brand systems and campaign thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in front of stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with motion design or experiential tools is a bonus.

Nice to Have

  • Telecom or tech/consumer electronics experience.
  • Knowledge of retail environments, including promotional calendars, planograms, or endcap design.
  • Experience working within or alongside cross-functional in-house teams (e.g., marketing, product, retail operations, CX).

Employees at all levels are expected to:

  • Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
  • Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.
  • Know your stuff - be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.
  • Win as a team - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.
  • Be an active part of the Net Promoter System - a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company - by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.
  • Drive results and growth.
