Job Summary

The AI Enablement Advisor will serve as a trusted partner and advisor to Comcast’s most senior leaders—particularly the C-Suite—supporting their practical understanding, confident adoption, and strategic use of AI tools. As part of the AI Transformation team, this individual will act as a personalized AI advisor, helping executives and their teams explore relevant use cases, enhance personal productivity, and develop a nuanced understanding of AI’s capabilities and limitations.

Job Description

This is a high-touch and consultative role, focused not only on onboarding and tool support but also on uncovering executive-specific challenges, workflows, and opportunities where AI can make a meaningful impact. Success in this role requires a consulting mindset—listening actively, identifying hidden needs, and providing tailored guidance and solutions.This role combines technical fluency, business acumen, proactive insight, and personalized enablement to help executives and their teams navigate and adopt emerging AI technologies confidently and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Executive AI Enablement: Serve as the AI enabler for senior executives, helping them explore and apply AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other internal and external tools.

  • Executive-Ready Training Design: Create tailored onboarding materials, quick-reference guides, and enablement content that resonate with executive leaders and their teams, ensuring clarity, relevance, and impact.

  • Presentations & Enablement: Confidently deliver engaging presentations, demos, and coaching sessions to C-level executives and their staff, translating complex technology into business-relevant insights.

  • Use Case Discovery:Partner closelywith executives to uncover needs, identify AI opportunities, test ideas, and refine use cases that leverage AI tools in ways that align with their unique workflows and decision-making needs.

  • Real-Time Troubleshooting & Support: Act as a help desk for AI-related issues, questions, and troubleshooting needs, partnering with internal IT and product teams as needed.

  • AI Literacy Translation: Break down complex AI concepts into simple, accessible language; translate capabilities and limitations into actionable advice for non-technical audiences.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current on AI trends, updates to internal tools, and emerging technologies to continuously educate and inspire executive users.

  • Strategic Awareness:Maintain awareness of Comcast's broader AI strategy and Mosaic team insights in order to contextualize tools and use cases within the company’s direction.

  • Strategic Problem Solver:IdentifyAI tools to support business leadersin increasing productivity for their organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, technology enablement, digital transformation, or a related field.

  • Understanding of AI capabilities in productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, or ChatGPT.

  • Strong knowledge of desktop support environments and enterprise productivity platforms, including tools for communication, collaboration, and workflow optimization.

  • Experience supporting senior or C-suite executives.

  • Demonstrated ability to train or coach non-technical stakeholders on new tools.

  • A strategic partner mindset; proven ability to advise and guide senior stakeholders with tailored, high-touch technology solutions.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust with senior executives, and communicate with empathy and patience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to distill technical content into engaging, user-friendly formats.

  • Able to quickly grasp business challenges and identify where AI can drive impact—even outside technical domains.

  • Natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning emerging tools.

  • Quickly understand processes, pain points, and priorities across diverse business functions (e.g., Legal, HR, Finance, Customer Service) to tailor AI recommendations that align with team-specific goals and workflows.

  • Ability to travelas needed to support inperson executive engagements.
