Sr. Director, Program Management
Job Summary
The Sr. Director, Program Management will be responsible for the overall planning, technical readiness and management of teams supporting Comcast Business’s most strategy Enterprise & upper Mid-Market customers. Provides leadership and direction for diverse technical and program teams and functions. Leads multiple Program Managers and Project managers and help manage multiple program portfolios and drive large scale technology deployments. Additionally, they will oversee the management of multiple complex programs, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. The role is pivotal in delivering operational excellence, program oversight and readiness, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning programs with the organization's strategic goals. Experience in service delivery, particularly in B2B telecommunications, and distributed network operations is highly valued for this role.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives with a focus on accountability and performance excellence.
- Must lead Program Managers, Project managers through project planning, monitoring and execution.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Program Oversight
- Oversee the management of multiple complex programs, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Develop Project and portfolio plans, provide portfolio status reports and slippage.
- Proactively address program challenges, including cost overruns and operational inefficiencies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while aligning with organizational goals.
Business Development & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and drive new business opportunities.
- Open doors for growth by leveraging customer insights and market trends.
Operational Excellence
- Implement and enhance tools and processes to improve operational transparency, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Drive solutions to reduce costs while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across operations, engineering, and leadership to align resources and achieve program success.
- Ensure seamless program execution through effective stakeholder communication and coordination.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $166,057.14 - $249,085.71

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education
Bachelor's Degree
