Job Summary
The Senior Multimedia Marketing Specialist creates compelling video, motion graphics, and digital design assets that drive engagement and conversions across social media, events, and paid digital campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver multimedia marketing assets across channels (video, motion, and digital design) from concept through final delivery.
- Collaborate across disciplines (creative, marketing, events, product, and content) to align creative solutions to goals, audiences, and timelines.
- Translate creative briefs into strong visual stories and clear deliverables, proactively asking the right questions and offering ideas that elevate the work.
- Maintain brand consistency and high production standards across all outputs, balancing speed with quality and attention to detail.
- Stay organized and reliable through strong file/version management, documentation, and smooth handoffs.
- Use feedback and performance learnings to iterate and improve creative approaches, templates, and workflows over time.
- Manage multiple projects at once, accurately estimate effort, communicate status/risks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
Must Have Skills:
- 10 years+ experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects; Adobe Premiere Pro Certified
- Comfortable directing live talent for broadcast recordings and interacting with senior-level leaders
- Experience creating viral social media campaigns with 10M+ views
- Formal education spanning video production and marketing
