Project Delivery and Deployment Manager
Job Summary
The Integration Program Manager is responsible for leading the solution delivery for Technology integrations (‘eBonding’) between Comcast and Comcast Business Customers as well as device life cycle. More specifically, the Program Manager will lead programs to integrate Comcast Business service and support platforms (“ITSM”) as well as order management platforms with Customer Platforms, oversee device certification and end of life equipment. The Program Manager is expected to lead concurrent projects, guiding discussions related to eBonding with Customers, and lead a development team responsible for building detailed requirements, developing, implementing and supporting the Integration solution. The Program Manager will guide teams throughout the lifecycle of integration between Comcast Business platform(s) and Customer Platforms. The Program Manager is instrumental to providing a good Customer experience and supporting the needs of the Customer throughout the Program and Customer lifecycle.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Managing a project from requirements through implementation and support in a large enterprise and matrixed environment;
- Actively participate in Pre-Sales and Sales meetings with Customers to assess requirements for integrating back-office applications, including corresponding in a professional manner to ensure requirements are understood and Comcast team is able to provide accurate timelines & estimates for delivery of eBonding solutions;
- Work with Contracts and Finance to ensure eBonding scope of work and costs are accounted for in deals/opportunities.
- Provide live support (sometimes off-hours) for questions, troubleshooting and break-fix analysis for Customer e-Bonding integrations;
- Understands the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process. Participates in key planning milestones and acts as a guide for the core program team from initiation through execution and completion.
- Works to identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional core team members, including matrixed project managers, with guidance from Leadership or senior staff.
- Creates program plans and maintains program record. Works with a core team to identify, prioritize and schedule work that includes both new features and functionality as well as new customer onboarding.
- Assists in the development and implementation of key goals, objectives and success criteria for the program. Ensures proper documentation.
- Supports the budget and resource forecasting exercise.
- Identifies and analyzes risks and issues.
- Tracks and manages the program schedule and task details included in the program plan. Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives. Ensures program milestones are accomplished and ensures overall timelines are met. Documents all major plan changes in scope, approach and date delivery.
- Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Manages proposed changes to program parameters and works with Enterprise Program Management and Program Managers to ensure appropriate processes and communications are followed.
- Monitors and ensures quality of program deliverables. Works with core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies and tools to support the implementation of programs in the field through trials and controlled customer deployments.

Preferred skills:
- Familiar with ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceBridge deployments.
- Experience and familiarity of ITSMs (Integration System Management - ServiceNow, Remedy, etc).
- Familiar with working in Agile environment, Jira experience a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Creating sound technical implementation requirements aligning architecture, process design, ServiceNow Technical Best Practice and Standards.
- Collaborate and develop and deploy Best Practices and Standard.
- Establish Baselines for new functionality to evolve ITSM, Individual KPI’s and Metrics.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $64,310.40 USD-$150,727.50 USD
