Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and support the end-to-end process of equipment and software procurement. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless order management and issue resolution.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Manage and process a large volume of equipment orders and software purchases, following the process from procurement to payment.
• ServiceNow : Experience with processing large volume of request in ServiceNow is preferred.
• Customer Escalations: Oversee customer escalations related to equipment and software orders, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Oracle Financials: Experience with Oracle Financials is preferred.
• Reporting Tools: Proficiency in reporting tools is necessary.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance, service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Analytics: Perform core analytics work to support departmental objectives.
• Process Improvement: Develop and execute improved processes and deliverables as defined by the department.
• Procurement Workflows: Analyze procurement workflows and identify areas for improvement across the procurement to payment journey.
• Scripting and Development: May perform basic software development in at least one modern language, create small scripts based on clear requirements and existing architecture/design, and read, understand, and edit existing code.
• Time and Project Management: Utilize time management and project management skills to resolve issues in a timely and organized manner, effectively communicating necessary information.
• Communication: Convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Teamwork: Collaborate and work harmoniously with others towards a common goal.
• Adaptability: Adjust and thrive in changing environments and situations.
• Independent Judgment: Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Attendance: Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:

National Pay Range: $49,215.46 USD-$115,348.73 USD
