Analyst 3, Billing Operations & Solutions
Job Summary
Responsible for configuring, maintaining and validating data across the company’s systems to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of customer billing. Develops solutions and procedures to build, execute and test commercial events such as product, rate, pricing, offer changes, or bill messaging. Receives and manages change requests for rates, campaigns and messages from internal customers to ensure that they meet governance or operating guidelines. May manage security user access requests and associated audits. Maintains system governance, troubleshoots system and data issues and updates system settings. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Provides project planning, implementation support and direction for billing requests and solutions.
- Analyzes, communicates, tests and Q/As complex releases and upgrades ensuring zero negative customer impact.
- Leads operations change implementation from planning to testing to execution.
- Provides support to end users. Identifies problem causes and solutions for billing and operations programs.
- Completes complex change requests within the required defined timeframe incurring no late fees and with no unplanned customer or revenue impact.
- Coordinates changes with other technology and operational teams when necessary to troubleshoot issues to ensure there are no customer impacts.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $47,174.32 USD-$110,564.82 USD
Additional Range: This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $58,563.53 - $96,629.82

Bachelor's Degree
