Order Management Specialist (Hybrid - Night Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to manage complex customer orders throughout the order lifecycle. This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, entering, and managing orders across multiple systems while partnering with Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery, Engineering, and Billing teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review and process complex customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform order validation, customer information setup, serviceability checks, and order entry.
- Manage order changes, renewals, migrations, disconnects, and exception requests.
- Troubleshoot order fallout, rejects, and system issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related concerns.
- Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and platforms.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service level objectives.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Order Management, Operations, Telecommunications, or related experience.
- Experience managing complex orders across multiple systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Able to work in a night shift schedule and in a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite and 2 days remote work weekly arrangement)
- Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of sales order acceptance, provisioning, billing, and service delivery processes.
- Experience with CRM, order management, and workflow systems.
- Telecommunications or technology industry experience preferred.

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
