Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Vice President, Global Programmatic Operations to lead and scale our global programmatic operations function. This role will be the engine behind faster, smarter servicing for our internal client services teams, while driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and innovative strategy across our programmatic ecosystem. You will serve as the internal force multiplier—streamlining programmatic activation, enhancing deal desk efficiency, troubleshooting escalations, and delivering actionable insights that fuel both supply-side yield and buyer-side scale. Your core customers will be our internal client-facing teams, and your remit will be to supercharge their ability to deliver value to clients faster and more effectively.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Global Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire global teams while driving operational excellence and revenue growth.

  • Operational Leadership: Own and evolve all internal processes tied to programmatic activation, campaign troubleshooting, deal setup, and execution workflows.

  • Client Services Enablement: Act as the strategic partner to client services teams, ensuring they’re equipped with fast, scalable solutions to drive exceptional client outcomes.

  • Deal Desk Oversight: Optimize and scale our deal desk operations globally—improving turnaround times, quality, and win rates.

  • Insights & Recommendations: Establish a center of excellence for campaign performance insights and recommendations—helping both internal teams and clients drive higher yield, efficiency, and scale.

  • Revenue Optimization: Collaborate closely with supply and demand stakeholders to identify and execute on revenue-generating opportunities through smarter packaging, pricing, targeting, and inventory management.

  • Strategic Innovation: Develop and implement new strategies and frameworks for operational scale—bringing in automation, tooling, and process innovation where needed.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations and BI/analytics teams to ensure flawless execution of programmatic initiatives.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to communicate ideas and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders globally.

  • Faster servicing times across all programmatic requests and campaign lifecycles

  • Increased win rates and scale of custom and programmatic guaranteed deals

  • Tangible revenue uplift for suppliers through smarter insights and recommendations

  • High internal NPS from client service teams and reduced friction in operational workflows

  • Proven ability to design scalable processes, implement automation, and improve workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in programmatic operations, ad tech, or digital media with a strong track record of leading high-impact operational teams

  • Deep understanding of programmatic media buying/selling (PMPs, PG, Open Exchange, etc.)

  • Experience managing global teams and working in complex cross-functional environments

  • Strong analytical chops—you can interpret data to drive actionable recommendations

  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and operational frameworks

  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

    Salary:

    Primary Location Pay Range: $267,308.34 - $427,693.35

    Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.     Bachelor's Degree

    While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
