Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and enhance the Universal Ads platform. Independently leads partner discovery, market analysis, and ecosystem mapping to identify opportunities across creative, measurement, audience, and media solutions. Develops and negotiates partnership agreements, guides cross-functional teams through integration and go-to-market planning, and ensures partnerships deliver measurable advertiser and business impact. Influences product and business strategy by bringing market insights and partner feedback into planning and prioritization. Contributes to the development of scalable processes, partnership frameworks, and long-term strategies that align with Universal Ads’ overall growth objectives.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Universal Ads’ platform and create measurable advertiser impact.

  • Expand the partner ecosystem across creative, measurement, audience data, media buying solutions, and more.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and develop strategies that align with business goals and advertiser needs.
  • Lead partner negotiations and deal structuring, collaborating with legal, finance, and product teams to define mutually beneficial terms.
  • Support product and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and execute integrations, including API-based and platform-extensible solutions.
  • Own key partner relationships, ensuring long-term alignment, performance, and business growth.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing teams, including enablement, co-marketing, and partner training initiatives.
  • Develop tools and frameworks to track partner impact, manage onboarding, and monitor adoption and success metrics.
  • Gather market and partner insights to inform product development, feature prioritization, and long-term platform strategy.
  • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on measurable results and ecosystem impact.
  • Bring strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to engage C-level executives and technical teams effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of repeatable processes and scalable partnership frameworks to support long-term platform growth.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $132,148.67 - $198,223.00

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.



Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
