Sr. Pricing Analyst
Job Summary
The Deal Pricing & Analytics Analyst will be a key member of the Commercial Finance team, responsible for evaluating and validating deal proposals and their associated financial models submitted by the Sales and Revenue Operations teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial integrity and strategic alignment of non-standard commercial deals. This role will require the analyst to contribute to the first step in the financial review process for complex deal structures, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. A core responsibility includes facilitating two weekly Review Board meetings (US and International), where cross-functional leadership, including Strategy, Legal, Product, Operations, and Finance, assesses and approves non-standard deals. This role will also give the analyst an opportunity to be involved in deal approval processes across FreeWheel’s platforms, giving them exposure to the breadth of FreeWheel’s offerings in addition to other teams throughout the org. We require a strong detail-oriented analyst to support the Deal Pricing & Analytics team.

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Vet and review deal models provided by Sales, scrutinizing key inputs such as pricing, volume assumptions and customer commitments to ensure they reflect realistic financial outcomes
- Prepare and package up content for regular US and International “Review Board” meetings that include cross-functional stakeholder leadership
- Review and submit new business or renewal proposals through Comcast's official deal approval process, providing executive leadership with succinct proposal briefs to assist with deal evaluation
- Package up proposals to brief Finance leadership on Streaming Hub platform deals that deviate from standard pricing, enabling informed decision-making
- Maintain and manage a centralized deal repository to ensure accurate logging of all proposal iterations and final deal terms
- Periodically conduct post-mortem analysis of closed deals to assess pricing accuracy and compare actual performance against financial projections.
- Develop dashboards or reports to track deal approval metrics (e.g., turnaround time, approval rates, deal size)
- Special projects and ad-hoc data requests / deal analyses as assigned
General Requirements / Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or another analytical discipline
· 1+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar capacity within a finance function, or as an intern/analyst/associate at a fast paced, high-growth startup, or similar environment
· Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions, bringing stakeholders together to align on deal strategy, financial assumptions, and approval outcomes
· Ability to effectively work and communicate with finance and non-finance people alike
· Highly skilled in analytics and financial modeling -- Excel formula knowledge is a must (INDEX,MATCH,SUMIF,PivotTable etc)
· Ability to effectively manage workload, prioritize and streamline tasks to ensure accuracy and, take “ownership-mentality” in work
· Meticulous attention to detail while having the ability to read through in-depth data reports or complex models and pull-out key takeaways
· Positive and enthusiastic collaborator within internal teams and cross-functionally
· Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, PowerBI, a plus
· General familiarity with the marketplace business model, as well as the competitive landscape and operational models of Ad-Serving Companies, Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Programmatic Advertising, Media Agencies / Trading Desks a plus

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $88,971.76 - $133,457.64
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
