Senior Manager, Revenue Planning and Insights
Job Summary
FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, is seeking a strategic, analytical leader to join our Sales Operations and Strategy organization as Senior Manager, Revenue Planning and Insights. This role will lead a team responsible for helping FreeWheel translate its commercial strategy into actionable revenue plans, deliver performance insights, and inform investment decisions to drive long-term growth. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, and senior leadership; and will use AI, automation, and scalable tools to evolve the way the team works. This is a high-visibility role for someone who combines strong analytical and strategic thinking with an ability to translate complex business questions into clear recommendations and drive execution across teams. Core Responsibilities
- Revenue Planning, Goal Setting, and Measurement
- Lead key revenue planning processes, including top-down and bottom-up modeling to inform annual budgets, growth assumptions, sales goals, and commercial priorities.
- Lead the design and evolution of sales incentive and quota frameworks that align seller behavior with company growth priorities.
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to translate company revenue objectives into actionable team and account-level goals.
- Develop scalable/automated approaches to measuring sales performance and attainment across the commercial organization, while improving visibility for sellers and managers.
- Business Performance & Insights:
- Develop clear, actionable insights into revenue performance, pacing, and underlying business drivers for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with sales leaders, Finance, and business owners to move beyond reporting what happened to understand why it happened and what actions should follow.
- Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and performance trends across customers, products, sales teams, and channels.
- Support forecasting and planning processes with a shared view of key business drivers.
- Develop scalable/automated approaches to delivering these insights to our internal teams
- Strategic Growth & Investment Planning
- Support senior commercial leadership in evaluating mid and long-term growth opportunities across products, customers, markets, and business models.
- Develop customer segmentation, opportunity sizing, and prioritization frameworks to help determine where commercial teams should focus.
- Build business cases for investments including incremental headcount, capabilities, technology, and new commercial initiatives.
- Monitor relevant industry and market trends and translate them into implications for FreeWheel's commercial strategy and operating plan.
- Own the day-to-day management of the Revenue Planning and Insights team, including:
- Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing Revenue Planning and Insights team, ensuring strong prioritization, accountability, and quality of work.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate recurring analytical and operational processes so the team can dedicate more capacity to higher-value strategic work.
- Partner with Business Intelligence and other data teams to prioritize the commercial organization's most important reporting, analytics, and decision-support needs.
- Champion the effective use of AI, automation, and scalable data tools in the team's work.

Salary:
New York Pay Range: $139,722.38 - $209,583.56
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
