Job Summary
Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of moderate-complexity projects, including approval, planning, execution and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time. Develops timelines and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracks critical project achievements. Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team including Resource Planning for exempt and non-exempt employees. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains and manages detailed project plans, action item registers and milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
- Anticipate workload and resources needed for a successful project, create and maintain work-back schedules and calendars, and hold status update meetings Identify and remove blockers that prevent the team from accomplishing goals
- Work cross-functionally to track and manage project and campaign briefs
- Holds creative and business teams accountable for the timing execution and seamless delivery of all campaigns
- Monitors and creates project deliverables, facilitates project meetings
- Oversees the approval process across a variety of departments and deliverables
- Acts as a single point of contact, working cross functionally to negotiate solutions and communicate with stakeholders
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews
- Coordinates with creative and production teams on day-to-day support, adhering to established processes as needed
- Tracks and supports documentation of approvals, compliance or requirements creative teams needs to implement
- Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
- Coordinates with other work streams, projects and initiatives which may impact successful completion of project.
- Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands and maintaining overall project ownership.
- Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to manager or leadership teams. Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Workfront, Microsoft 365, Frame.io. Nice to have: Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

- Have comprehensive understanding and relevant experience managing marketing programs for established consumer brands or in-house agencies in the following areas: overseeing the campaign development process for multiple creative, digital, and product marketing flows.
- Solid experience of the creative development process across conception, production, delivery, and trafficking phases.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $88,501.13 - $132,751.70
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Bachelor's Degree
