Job Summary

Universal Ads is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Brand to own the connective tissue between what UA builds and how the market understands it. This isn't a role focused on one-off launch assets. It's a role for someone who wants ownership over how the UA platform is positioned, differentiated, and brought to life in market, end to end.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Visual identity and design system. Own and evolve the design system that expresses UA's positioning visually, from brand tokens to how the platform's value shows up across every touchpoint.
  • Go-to-market campaigns. Lead campaign concepting and execution that ties platform positioning to market moments, including work like our current "No Middleman" campaign.
  • Sales and market-facing presence. Shape how UA shows up in every public-facing moment, from swag to sponsorships to paid media, so the platform's positioning is felt, not just stated.
  • Paid media strategy. In partnership with our Paid Media lead, direct paid media investment against positioning and GTM goals, not just performance metrics, and make the case for why brand-building spend earns its place in the mix.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. Partner with product marketing, sales, comms, and executive stakeholders so product positioning and brand identity move as one system.
