Job Summary

The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations that support the execution of the Universal Ads business. This individual will assist the Operations team across a number of critical areas to ensure the business functions seamlessly. This person will act in support of all of the workstreams the Strategy And Operations team oversees, including but not limited to: customer onboarding, business analytics, procurement stewardship, document review, and process improvements. The role requires you to be structured in proactive intake from internal teams, organized in your ability to maintain status of customers’ onboarding, and flexible in daily prioritization. Most importantly, the role requires an eager attitude and to learn as we collectively optimize a new business.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Steward customer onboarding through support of a variety of execution-related steps, such as running credit checks, logging advertisers into CRM systems, and routing creatives for review when applicable.
  • Provide status updates in service of tracking vendors and partners that UA is onboarding. Able to denote current step in process and document any blockers that emerge.
  • Shepard creatives in need of review to the appropriate operations team
  • Routine data entry, including account entry and mapping into necessary CRM and BI systems.
  • Perform routine ad hoc business analyses on an as-needed basis. Synthesize findings in analysis for supervisor consumption.
  • Input updated figures into standing deliverables owned by sales team.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $28.65 - $42.98

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
