Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Copywriter to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate is a highly conceptual, a storyteller at heart, with a knack for crafting compelling copy and ideas that engage and inspire. You will collaborate with art directors, strategists, and other creatives to develop inventive concepts across various media platforms.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Generate original ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Copywriting: Produce clear, persuasive, and creative copy for digital, print, broadcast, and social media channels.
- Collaboration: Engage proactively with the entire team to develop insightful and breakthrough campaigns
- Interaction: Present creative concepts and copy to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Editing & Proofreading: Revise and refine copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform your work.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior copywriters to foster their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience 6-8 years of professional copywriting experience in an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different media and industries.
- Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficient in adapting tone and style to different audiences and mediums.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Comedic to emotional range in terms of execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in AI concepting tools and content creation techniques.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Proficiency in AI tools and platforms a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Creative mindset, collaborative spirit, detail-oriented, and a passion for storytelling and pop culture.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $96,448.03 - $144,672.05
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
