Head of Publisher
Job Summary
In this role you will cultivate and manage the Partnerships team responsible for all Supply-side client relationships. The role is responsible for driving growth for Universal Ads’ sell-side software and technology across our ad-serving and monetization solutions. The position involves developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, crafting our narrative and collaborating cross-departmentally to prioritize the roadmap and long-range plan. Candidates should have a strong understanding of media strategy with extensive experience in TV/CTV, streaming and programmatic advertising.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a unified supply strategy that integrates ad server, programmatic exchange and monetization capabilities
- Consistently deliver high-quality results, turning strategic vision into action with a focus on efficiency and beating deadlines
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align supply strategy with overall business goals and long-range plan
- Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing business
- Distill complex narratives into simple, actionable opportunities
- Elevate Universal Ads visibility through thought leadership and industry relationships with decision-makers
Partnerships and Management
- Lead and manage the team, ensuring partnership with existing teams and initiatives
- Oversee the development and execution of partnership strategies to maximize growth from content distributers including Publishers, MPVDs, OEMs, Resellers, and new customer segments
- Monitor and analyze partnerships performance, providing actionable insights to drive execution and product adoption
Team Leadership
- Manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, clarity of role and support to achieve team and individual goals
- Foster collaboration and education across a cross-functional group of leaders and account owners, aligning incentives and value proposition
- Ensure the team is fully staffed with top talent by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and development processes
- Foster a results-driven culture, promoting professional growth and development within the team
Client and Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Publishers, MVPDs, OEMs and Resellers
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and promote new product offerings
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support, addressing escalations and issues promptly and effectively
Operational Excellence
- Implement rigor and best practices to ensure efficient and effective supply operations
- Oversee the integration and utilization of data and technology to enhance supply activation and campaign performance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest levels of transparency, trust and integrity with clients and partners

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $194,243.93 - $291,365.90
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
