Join our team as a Sales Executive for AdFusion, the leading ad management platform from Comcast Technology Solutions. Comcast Technology Solutions, a division of one of the world’s leading media and technology companies, brings Comcast Corporation’s proven technologies to an evolving list of industries worldwide. Comcast Technology Solutions offers a broad portfolio of solutions that deliver flexibility at scale for global video, media, communications, data applications, and cybersecurity & compliance. Customers include leading content and streaming video providers, pay TV operators and MVPDs, advertisers, communications providers, financial service providers, retailers, and more.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and executea strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the AdFusion platform.
  • Identify and prospectnew business opportunities within major agency holding companies, brands, and large-scale advertisers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to solution presentation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts.
  • Collaborate closelywith product, marketing, and engineering teams to provide market feedback and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in a sales or business development role within theAdTech ecosystem
  • Deep understandingof the advertising ecosystem, including media planning, ad trafficking, and broadcast operations (TV, Radio, Online Video).  Must be able to quarterback the account selling process to technology, operational, financial, and C-Suite buyers, and influencers.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $164,659.11 - $246,988.67

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Targeted Commission: $175,000.00

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
