Job Summary

The Director, Revenue Partnerships will lead the strategy and execution of Universal Ads’ partner ecosystem—driving measurable advertiser demand and platform revenue through partnerships across creative, measurement, data, and performance marketing. This role blends commercial strategy with program management, responsible for sourcing and negotiating new partnerships, scaling repeatable revenue models, and ensuring partners deliver tangible business impact. The ideal candidate has deep adtech experience, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and a proven track record of turning ecosystem collaboration into growth at scale.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Scale Partner Programs: Build structured, repeatable programs with clear incentives, integration paths, and success metrics that enable partners to drive revenue efficiently at scale.

  • Lead Revenue Partnership Strategy: Define and execute a strategic roadmap for 3P partnerships across creative, measurement, data, and performance marketing categories to drive incremental advertiser adoption and platform revenue.

  • Source & Develop New Partners: Identify, evaluate, and prospect new opportunities within the adtech ecosystem and enterprise landscape that extend Universal Ads’ reach and capabilities.

  • Negotiate & Structure Deals: Lead negotiations and deal frameworks in collaboration with legal, finance, and product teams—balancing commercial outcomes with operational feasibility.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful integrations, go-to-market execution, and performance accountability.

  • Drive Partner Performance: Oversee portfolio-level performance and ensure each partnership contributes to measurable advertiser outcomes and overall business impact.

  • Enable Demand Generation: Collaborate with marketing and sales to activate partners in-market through enablement, co-marketing, and joint GTM strategies that generate qualified leads and spend.

  • Market Intelligence & Strategy Feedback: Bring forward insights from ecosystem partners and advertisers to inform Universal Ads’ roadmap, category expansion, and monetization strategy.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or revenue leadership roles in adtech, martech, or digital media.

  • Proven success creating and scaling partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, particularly across CTV, creative, measurement, and data integrations.

  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with legal, finance, product, and go-to-market teams.

  • Strong program management capabilities and ability to operationalize complex partnership models.

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

  • Strategic mindset paired with strong executional discipline—able to go from vision to measurable results.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment within a large organization.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $175,187.74 - $262,781.62

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.



Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
