Job Summary

This job ensures the effective deployment and support of managed services equipment, facilitating customer installations and ongoing maintenance. It involves troubleshooting connectivity issues, optimizing network performance, and collaborating with teams and external partners. The role supports knowledge sharing through training and fosters excellent internal and external relationships.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and validating remote managed services equipment setup
  • Ensuring technical specifications and operational standards are met for new customer onboarding
  • Conducting diagnostic testing and troubleshooting for optimal managed services performance
  • Resolving connectivity and equipment issues for both new installations and existing setups
  • Collaborating with network providers to diagnose and rectify off-network connectivity issues
  • Maintaining service delivery consistency and minimizing customer downtime
  • Documenting configurations, procedures, and service records for service assurance continuity
  • Training and mentoring teams to support knowledge sharing and service quality enhancement
  • Engaging in professional development to stay current with managed services technologies
  • Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
