Sr. Data Intelligence Engineer - Analytics & Reporting
Job Summary
The Sr. Data Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role focuses on identifying and analyzing meaningful data, integrating diverse sources, and delivering accurate, visually compelling analytics to support product performance, usage trends, and feature adoption. This is a hands-on role that blends data engineering, systems integration, and business insight. Perfect for someone who thrives on turning raw data into actionable intelligence.Job Description
Identify and define key data elements for tracking product performance, usage trends, and feature utilization.
Access and integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, third-party applications, and SaaS platforms.
Correlate data across systems to provide accurate and comprehensive business insights.
Design and develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports that enable data-driven decision-making.
Build forecast models to predict performance and utilization trends.
Detect inconsistencies and anomalies by correlating data from different sources.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
Document data models, workflows, and integration processes for transparency and scalability.
Technical Skills
Strong experience working with structured and unstructured data (CSV, JSON, XML, CDR)
Experience with ELK to retrieve unstructured data
Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL and MySQL)
Experience with API integration and data extraction from third party applications
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Kibana and Grafana)
Familiarity with data normalization, data conversion, and schema alignment
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
Understanding of network protocols and service monitoring tools is a plus
Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills for documenting processes and presenting findings
Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related role
Experience working with telecom or VoIP data is highly preferred

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $128,122.89 - $192,184.33
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
