Job Summary

As an MDU Product Deployment Sr. Specialist, you will be supporting cutting-edge deployments for innovative products like Managed Wi-Fi, Connected Building, and Large Bulk Portfolios. From inception to completion, you'll ensure every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. You will be part of the team that coordinates between Corporate, Division, and regional teams, driving seamless collaboration. As a key player in our Business Development team, you'll champion timely, top-tier deployments that deliver an exceptional Customer Experience. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Engineering, and MDU Operations to drive impactful outcomes. Your coordination skills will shine as you align efforts across internal cross-functional teams, including Construction, Engineering, TechOps, Supply Chain, Care, Marketing, and Finance. You’ll ensure consistent communication by delivering regular status updates to Senior Leadership, demonstrating your strength in clarity and effectiveness.

Job Description

This role is open to candidates located in any of our Northeast Division offices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Aid in the execution of successful MDU Product deployments through the design and use of launch task lists and tools, working with all key cross-functional points of contact in each region, and participating in recurring deployment meetings.
  • Support the team to ensure MDU Product deployment launches are completed according to timeline and meet all MDU Agreement contractual obligations as outlined for each property.
  • Collaborate and engage with the larger MDU operations team to ensure operational success and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams—including Corporate, Divisional, and Regional Sales Engineering, Construction, Engineering, and TechOps—as well as external property developers and technical stakeholders.
  • Utilize key tools (such as CSG, Smartsheets, Salesforce, Microsoft suite of programs and internal systems and project management tools) to ensure successful deployments.
  • Provide recommendations to ensure effective support for smooth deployments and implementations.
  • Champion new or improve existing processes and reporting to ensure efficient and effective operation of the deployment.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Maryland with a Pay Range of $65,127.50 - $107,460.38

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
