Development Engineer 4
Job Summary
Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Analyzes, tests and assists with the integration of new applications. Oversees the documentation of all development activity. Trains non-technical personnel. Assists with tracking performance metrics. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.Job Description
Core Responsibilities

Point of contact for all Cornerstone On Demand and Edcast related issues, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical problems and user inquiries.

Lead system configuration, upgrades, and enhancements to optimize the functionality and performance of the CSOD platform.

Review, Test and present to product owner’s platform releases

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement new features or integrations.

Conduct regular system audits and health checks to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.

Provide training and support to end-users, including the development of user guides and training materials.

Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Manage and coordinate with Cornerstone On Demand support teams and vendors to resolve issues and escalate as necessary.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cornerstone On Demand updates, new features, and industry trends.-
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Employees at all levels are expected to:
- Certifications:
- Cornerstone LMS Specialist Certification and Edcast Essential skills and fundementals(e.g., Cornerstone On Demand Certified Professional, Cornerstone On Demand Certified Administrator) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting and administering Cornerstone On Demand.
- Proven experience with system configurations, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Strong knowledge of Cornerstone On Demand modules, including Learning, Performance, and Skills.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with other HRIS systems or platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects effectively.
