Job Summary
Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Edits new and existing applications. Implements, testing and debugging defined software components. Documents all development activity. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.Job Description
As a CIEC SAP BTP Software Engineer at NBCUniversal, you will be an integral part of our IT team, focusing on designing and implementing robust SAP Cloud Platform Integration solutions. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the optimization of our business processes. We are looking for a candidate with expertise in various adapters, including SFTP, HTTPS, Mail, AMQP, Advanced Event Mesh, and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully migrating from other middleware platforms.
- Develop applications using SAP Build Apps , SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP Build Work Zone.
- Integrate SAP Build solutions with core SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP)
- Design and configure digital workplace experiences using SAP Build Work Zone. Integrate SAP and third-party apps with role-based access, personalized pages, and seamless navigation.
- Configure and extend SAP Fiori applications using SAP Build tools.
- Implement process automation workflows using SAP Build Process Automation.
- Work with APIs (OData, REST) to enable data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Build apps and integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Build Apps (low-code/no-code development)
- Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), particularly in areas such as:
- SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Business Application Studio
- Knowledge of SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model is a plus.
- Proficient in working with OData and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and JSON for UI customization.
- Understanding of ABAP (basic understanding is beneficial).
- Experience in CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices related to SAP development.
- Knowledge of integration tools such as SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) is advantageous.
