What You'll Do:
- Plan, comment, and improve existing Physical Data Center Building structures, land development, and real estate actions.
- Lead a highly functional team to achieve operational excellence across multiple buildings in the United States.
- Travel to review Data Center operations and third-party construction.
- Drive issues through closure by engaging all appropriate resources.
- Lead technical bridges and provide troubleshooting direction.
- Offer guidance and recommended solutions to complex technical issues.
- Report performance related to operations and project status to management.
- Identify and recommend areas requiring change or modification.
- Perform complex and routine maintenance tests for designated areas of engineering.
- Identify and isolate issues, ensuring all maintenance is properly validated to minimize subscriber impact.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For:
- Experienced leader capable of operating locations remotely using tools and known processes.
- Understanding of relationships between Technology Landlords and Co-location Tenants.
- Ability to manage multiple location activities with an understanding of failover impacts and collision avoidance.
- Proficiency in internal Comcast financial processes, approval, and verification.
- Ability to relate descriptive information from Preventative Maintenance providers to drive local action and vertical leadership information streams.
- Capable team leader to manage a team of Staff Engineers skilled as SMEs for specific trades.
- High understanding of Energy Operations and Business Continuity recovery/planning.
- Experience in Business Continuity/Resiliency.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and chill water operations across various facility types.
- Comprehension of Electrical UPS architecture and Distribution systems.
- Familiarity with Building Automation Systems and alarm logic/response planning to achieve high levels of Mean Time to Mitigate.
- Experience with emerging technologies and the ability to apply them to existing technical facilities.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $147,936.89 - $221,905.33

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
