Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Company building facilities. Maintains building appearance, tenant relations and tenant service requests. Must adhere to Facilities-established operational and safety procedures. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. May act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Analyzes blueprints for effective use of facility space for furniture layouts and construction projects.
- Assists leadership in developing and evaluating project plans to be carried out by vendors. Coordinates and monitors
the performance of vendors performing building-related services.
- Assists in the coordination of issuance of keys to buildings and furniture. Changes lock as necessary.
- Provides services associated with facility preparedness for special events.
- Maintains the inventory of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Identifies recurring problems with work processes, policies, or procedures; contributes ideas on resolving issues to serve the customer better and improve productivity.
- Maintain and update all incoming invoices for the facility
- Assist building maintenance in entering and completing monthly PMs of building
- Responsible for maintaining office equipment, office supplies, and nameplates, handling shipping and receiving operations, and escorting vendors on a weekly/monthly basis (Canon, Cintas, Iron Mountain, Rocky Mountain Bottled Water). Arranges the repair of inoperative equipment. Assists with coordinating building maintenance and repairs.
- Responsible for maintaining iOffice service requests, following up on service requests, pulling reports, and providing employee feedback.
- Responsible for weekly seat audits and providing a detailed report of issues.
- Input spend into financial trackers, code CIFA invoices, submit OpEx purchase orders, purchasing for sites and accompanying expense reporting.
- Perform vendor badge access in administrative duties in VNDLY.
- Acknowledge and dispatch work orders and track work order SLA’s for team.
- Create/maintain process documentation for team (playbooks, SOP’s, etc.) and maintain on call list.
- Support re-stack efforts.
- Oversee and execute small-scale project work
- Assists with after-hours projects and on-call emergencies.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $20.65 - $30.97
