Job Summary
Comcast Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Solutions to lead complex, executive-visible programs across Media360, Sports360, and other strategic customer initiatives. Based in Dubai with travel across the Middle East, this role coordinates delivery, solution evolution, commercial priorities, and cross-functional execution across Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Commercial, and external partners. The successful candidate combines technical fluency, executive presence, commercial judgment, and disciplined program governance to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, drive decisions, resolve escalations, and deliver measurable value for customers and CTS.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery of large, strategic, cross-functional programs, acting as the single point of accountability across customer, commercial, product, engineering, operations, and delivery teams.
Build and sustain trusted executive and senior customer relationships, applying technical credibility and sound judgment to guide decisions, resolve conflict, and maintain alignment.
Translate business objectives and customer requirements into executable program structures, roadmaps, governance models, and delivery plans, partnering with Product and Architecture to ensure scalable, supportable solutions.
Lead executive governance — steering committee preparation, status reporting, financial oversight, decision framing, escalation management, and outcome-based reviews.
Manage cross-program dependencies and define scope, milestones, owners, success criteria, risks, and interlock points spanning product lines, partner integrations, onboarding, operational readiness, data/reporting, release management, and change control.
Provide program leadership across technically complex domains, including SaaS platforms, cloud workflows, OTT/IP video, media supply chain, metadata, content processing, and third-party integrations.
Drive risk, issue, and change management with urgency, surfacing concerns early, framing options, and leading teams to resolution; maintain operational readiness through go-live planning, service handoff, incident review, and post-launch stabilization.
Hold teams and stakeholders accountable for commitments while balancing customer advocacy with CTS objectives to support scalability, commercial discipline, and ROI.
Partner with regional Sales Directors to build and expand the customer network across the Middle East, supporting pipeline development, strategic growth opportunities, delivery models, and customer planning
Drive process improvements that strengthen delivery consistency and executive confidence; mentor program managers to raise governance maturity.
Required Experience:
12+ years of program, portfolio, or complex delivery leadership experience, including significant work in customer-facing environments, leading executive-sponsored, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and external dependencies.
Domain expertise in media, broadcast, streaming, OTT/IP video, SaaS, or related digital platform environments, with technical fluency across cloud platforms, APIs, system integrations, media workflows, data platforms, and operational handoff.
Proven track record leading programs spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Architecture, and Professional Services and managing strategic or enterprise accounts in a consultative delivery model.
Commercial acumen across budget controls, invoicing, revenue tracking, resourcing, forecasting, contract-aware delivery and vendor or partner management.
Exceptional communication and leadership presence — able to engagefrom C-Suite to Userswith equal effectiveness, challenge constructively, influence without direct authority, and navigate sensitive situations professionally.
Experience with Agile delivery models and hybrid environments requiring governance, planning, and operational controls; strong analytical skills to work through ambiguity, assess tradeoffs, and drive decisions.
High attention to detail, strong organization, and a disciplined approach to reporting, follow-through, and accountability.
