Job Summary
Responsible for leading large, complex enterprise network deployments through the full customer implementation lifecycle, from initial planning and testing through deployment and successful completion. Accountable for delivering customer solutions on time, with high quality, and with a consistent, positive customer experience. Serves as a primary program leader and customer advocate, partnering closely with customers and cross-functional teams to establish clear expectations, drive execution, resolve barriers, and ensure successful delivery. Proactively monitors program performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer experience, taking ownership of recovery plans and escalations when delivery is at risk. Leads cross-functional teams across complex, high-visibility programs, driving accountability, alignment, and timely decision-making across internal and external stakeholders. Anticipates challenges, develops mitigation and contingency plans, manages changes in scope and priorities, and ensures resources remain focused on achieving customer and business outcomes. Acts as a key contributor and trusted leader within a complex enterprise environment, applying program management expertise to continuously improve delivery performance, strengthen customer experience, and successfully scale customer solutions. Responsibilities:
Well-versed in network stack technology and vendor solutions, including Fortinet, Meraki, and Versa.
Experience with SD-WAN deployments.
Overseeing network deployment programs, ensuring proper implementation and integration of network solutions.
Maintaining detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and updates.
Coordinating scoping and architecture review activities for technical programs, adhering to approval processes.
Creating and maintaining end-to-end project plans in partnership with lead engineers and service assurance teams.
Tracking tasks and milestones across all parties, including vendors, to ensure project coherence.
Managing test organization activities, coordinating bug triage, and overseeing resolution tracking with engineering teams.
Orchestrating change request generation and tracking to accommodate project evolution.
Making informed project scheduling decisions to optimize resource allocation and timelines.
Reporting on project progress, risks, and issues to product engineering management regularly.
Identifying critical path and risk areas, formulating and executing risk response and mitigation strategies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical project requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Mentoring junior project managers and contributing to the development of project management methodologies.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:
Colorado Pay Range: $102,214.59 - $153,321.89
Additional Range: This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $92,922.36 - $153,321.89
