Job Summary
Responsible for acting as a high-level individual contributor to the functional systems and technology department (i.e., Human Resources, Finance, Legal, etc.). Acts as a subject matter expert for specific functional systems and technology related inquiries and projects. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Responsible for documenting all configuration and design activity within their function.Job Description

Servesassubjectmatterexpertandpointofcontactforfunctionalsystemsandtechnologyrelatedinquiriesandrequests from department heads and other business stakeholders.
Collaborateswithbusinessstakeholderstoidentifyproductandtechnicalrequirementsforassignedfunction(s)andproject(s).
Designs,buildsandtestsallnewenhancementsandensuresproductionsupportandresolutionofanydefects.
Supportssystemsrollout,trainingandcommunication.
Providesuserfeedbacktomanagementtoinfluencefuturesystemsenhancements.
Conductsregulardataintegritymaintenanceandauditstoensurethequalityofdata.
Conductsneedsanalysistodetermineintegrationrequirements.
Monitorsandevaluatesnewenhancement.
Workswithqualityassuranceteamtoensureallnecessarytestingisaccountedanddocumented.
Providesfeedbackregardingbestpossibleuserexperienceforapplicationusers.
Utilizesin-depthknowledgeofprocessdesignandredesignskillstopresentandsupportfunctionalandtechnicalsolutions.
Providesreportingwhenandasneeded.
Consistentexerciseofindependentjudgmentanddiscretioninmattersofsignificance.
Regular,consistentandpunctualattendance.Mustbeabletoworknightsandweekends,variableschedule(s)asnecessary.
Otherdutiesandresponsibilitiesasassigned.
Additional Core Responsibilities:
Offer configurations based on the Business requirement
Building Eligibility rules
Performing publications
Collaborating with E2E testing on test cases
Validating offer build aligns with design
Basic troubleshooting with E2E business partner on offer build defects
Billing system code and offer maintenance as needed
Work on audits and Triage issues.
Abilitytorun and extract data using existing SQL queries.
Potential fordesign of offer configuration.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Expert communication & relationship building skills
PreviousCSG billing experience/knowledge is desirable
