Responsibilities
The Operations Administrator position participates on the Identity & Access Management Operations team; you will be responsible for performing the following duties:
Work collaboratively across Cyber and I&AM to help drive operations forward
Monitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding the following services:
DNS (Infoblox, Neustar, Microsoft)
Directory Services (Azure AD, Active Directory)
Group Management, DFS, and other related services
Sailpoint and Waveset
IGA system alerts
CyberArk and Netwrix Operations
Learn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting services
Support Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findings
Splunk Dashboarding
PowerShell creation and automation
Public Key Infrastructure
Review Application Monitoring reports and ensure we have adequate response and alerting
Assist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidents
The Operations Administrator must have 2+ years’ experience in the technical spaces listed
Active Directory administration
DNS administration (Infoblox, Microsoft DNS)
Domain name administration and registration
Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)
Windows / Linux / Mac administration and configuration
Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting
SQL, Ping, Azure
SailPoint, Tomcat
