Job Summary

Responsible for facilitating the successful, on-time, high quality delivery of various product development activities by leading and coaching one or more delivery teams. Plays a key role in allowing the company to meet stated objectives and continuously learning how to be more responsive to rapidly changing business conditions through the ongoing application of principles and practices of multiple agile frameworks, primarily scrum. Possesses a solid understanding of how scrum and other agile frameworks work to deliver business value and how various practices can and should evolve. Serves as the on-scene expert and not only understands these concepts, but is able to articulate their value and the dynamics of using one or more of them.

  • Well-organized Scrum Master who has 7-10 years of experience working directly in program management who has experience managing multiple scrum teams.

  • Daily standup meetings in the morning, organizing grooming sessions, organizing

meetings, making sure backlog is refined, user stories are being brought to the team with a full established definition of done

  • Provides daily reporting back to the manager assuring everything is still on track, withour deliverables and identifying any risks to time lines that was reviewed by the program team

  • Looking for someone who is extremely organized and works well in a team environment.

  • Coordinate dependencies and timelines across internal teams and third-party vendors.

Role Responsibilities

  • Resource will facilitate scrum across geographical time zones between the US, India and UK

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

  • Act as a servant leader and coach to the team, promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with Product Owners, System Analysts, and engineering leads to remove roadblocks and maintain a steady delivery pace.

  • Track and report on sprint velocity, team KPIs, and release status to stakeholders.

  • Report on automated testing frameworks and KPIs aligned with the delivered sprints.

  • Evaluating, identifying and developing software solutions in public and private cloud

  • Documenting and recording every aspect of an application or software

  • Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team

  • Planning, tracking and scheduling software deliverables in partnership with the program team.

  • Locating and directing solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface

  • Develop continuous improvement techniques to identifyproblems within software systems and resolving the issues

  • Developing good working relationships with other employees, such as Managers, Product Owners, Programmers, Engineers and QA.

  • Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience managing automation projects with a focus on strategic goals.

  • Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, IT leaders, and stakeholders, including design specifications, configuration, and deployment guides.

  • Experience in constantly seeking improvements in processes to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

  • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

  • Develops a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the projects being managed.

  • Takes hands-on approach for the end-to-end project management activities such as project level reporting, planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other documentation in partnership with the program team

  • Experience managing projects in the IT and technical divisions

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and PMP or PMI-ACP is a plus.

  • Track record of growing and managing diverse technical teams.

  • Committed to quality in every assignment, large or small.
