Job Summary
This job involves collaborative design and development of software solutions that meet business objectives. It includes system requirement analysis, application customization, and assisting with software updates. It also involves mentoring junior engineers, ensuring quality with Quality Assurance, and providing technical leadership on routine projects. The job is also responsible for conducting training for application users.Job Description
Position: Java BPMN Development Engineer 3
Experience: 5 years to 7.5 years
Job Location: Chennai, Bangalore / Pune & Hyderabad (Remote)
Technical Skills Required: Java, BPMN Development, networking experience is a plus.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with JBPM, RHPAM, or similar BPM/workflow platforms.
- Experience supporting operationally critical applications.
- Experience with Python, Shell scripting, or other automation languages.
- Experience supporting applications written in multiple languages.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.
- Understanding of BPMN 2.0 workflow modelling.
- Experience in network automation, OSS platforms, or telecoms environments.
- Familiarity with NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, REST, or network management technologies.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational observability tools.
- Oracle Java certification or equivalent qualification.
- CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge.
