Responsibilities
Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for leading a team of Software Development Engineers in the planning and designing of software and web applications. Manages projects from design to testing, including new programs, enhancements and modifications. Collaborates with Quality Assurance team to conduct testing. Has overall responsibility for developing/administering performance standards for organizational unit. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies and assists in the development and meeting of departmental budget.Job Description
>> 12+ years of experience with managing, delivering IAM projects and handling team size of 25+
>> Posses technical/ conceptual knowledge and implementation experience across IAM workstreams including but not limited to:
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Access management, SSO, Identity federation, MFA
- Privileged Access Management
- RBAC, Entitlement management
>> Handled solution engineering, BAU application onboarding and operations support for IAM involving industry grade COTS tools/ technologies such as Sailpoint IIQ, SiteMinder, Ping, Cyber Ark, Azure AD, DUO
>> Experience with handling customizations over and above IAM tools/ product features for meeting the business requirements leveraging product API, SDK and building custom applications/ UI for Identity management, SSO.
>> Familiar with standards based IAM solution implementation - SAML, XACML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM etc.
>> Ability to perform project management across multiple projects simultaneously, provide cadence updates to stake holders, identify priorities, issues, risks and work with leaders and teams towards addressing the same.
>> Customer-oriented communication skills and ability to work with business representatives, leadership team, internal development teams/ solution architects.
>> Strong Collaborative Player – collaborates well with cross functional teams, application teams to solve problems, gather requirements.
