Job Summary
Responsible for managing multi-product and enterprise solutions technical support teams. Serves as a primary interface for developing and executing strategies to optimize customer support performance and meet strategic business strategy and goals. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies, assist in development and meeting of, departmental budget. Shift – 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
The Reporting Manager serves as a key business partner across the supply chain, delivering executive KPI dashboards, executing regular reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role involves managing the local team, developing and maintaining strategic reporting frameworks, stakeholder management, and ensuring the integrity of source data for accurate business insights
What you’ll do:
- To guide, influence, and develop their team professionally and in multiple Planning areas to accomplish business objectives
- To encourage and develop their teams to navigate the change successfully and mitigate impacts to Operations
- To clearly and effectively communicate strategy, objectives, and progress to upper and lower levels of the business
- To overcome minor challenges to established processes through application of logic and business sense
- Act as a reporting business partner across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and provide executive KPI dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Execute regular reporting cycles, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance of data
- Work extensively with system data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, providing recommendations for process and control improvements
- Support master data management (MDM) policies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in data handling and application
- Coordinate with Business Intelligence and Analytics teams to develop reports, dashboards, and extensions for planning applications
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for managing and leveraging complex data sets to drive business intelligence
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data needs, ensuring reports support informed decision-making
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, setting standards for best practices in data reporting, visualisation, and analysis
- Create and Support process standardisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and speed to market
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. Must be able to work nights and weekends, with a variable schedule and overtime as necessary

Technical Skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
- Familiarity with source and reporting tools such as ERP and Anaplan.
- Proficiency in reporting and presentation tools, including Tableau and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Direct experience with either design or implementation of new business processes.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
