Job Description
Developed and designed platform leveraging AWS and Google Cloud services
Experience in implementing and architecting design patterns across multiple development teams including GEN AI
5 + years of experience in solution architecture, professional services
Hands-on- experience designing or implementing AI solutions, including working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or agent frameworks
Knowledge of Rest of APIs and experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms is a strong
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration, and deploymentand troubleshooting guides.
Experience designing technical diagrams such as sequence diagrams; systems architecture documents, software specification diagrams
Managing automation projects, for AI and GenAI aligning with ourAiOps and big data processing engine
Providing technical solutions and support to other IT teams and stakeholders on automation solutions and processes.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT operations automation solutions.
Staying up to date with latest software technologies in the market in AI and design patterns
Role Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and implementation of the AI Ops platform and AI solutions.
Evaluating, identifying and developing software solutions in public and private cloud
Leading software development projects
Documenting and recording every aspect of an application or software
Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team
Planning, tracking and scheduling software deliverables in partnership with the program team.
Locating and directing solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface
Looking for problems within software systems and resolving the issues
Developing good working relationships with other employees, such as Marketing Managers, Product Owners, Programmers, Engineers and QA.
Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding technologies
Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles
Proficient knowledge of the operation and development designs of agile software
Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to develop software in Golang, Python, or Java
Good understanding of enterprise service bus (ESB) platforms, graph databases, and extensive experience in AWS
Continuously search for improvements in processes, enhancing software delivery and operational processes.
Experience with apis and GraphQL endpoints.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Architect.
Demonstrated success in leading the design and implementation of ITSM automation solutions, including AIOps and Event Management platforms.
AWS Certified Architect
Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Architect (CSA) are highly desirable.
Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, workflows, forms, and integrations.
Proven ability to provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
Experience defining and managing automation projects with a focus on strategic goals.
Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, IT leaders, and stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration, and deployment guides.
Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on ServiceNow trends, features, and best practices.
Willingness to explore and incorporate new technologies into existing solutions.
Experience in constantly seeking improvements in processes to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency.
Track record of growing and managing diverse technical teams.
