Job Summary

OVERVIEW This key role is responsible for development and configuration of SAP Analytics cloud tool with in UNIVERSAL Corporate technology. It should deliver an efficient SAP Planning and Analytical capability to support multiple business sectors requirements.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –

Primary Skill: SAP BW, ABAP, SAC, Implementation.

Responsible for SAC Modelling, Stories creation and Admin part of SAC Planning. Responsible to design planning and Analytical Application creation and scripting. Deliver effective planning solutions in SAC Planning. Responsible to design and architect new SAC Planning solutions in SAC and migrate existing BPC solutions into SAC Planning.
To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussion for review. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

• Experience on both SAP (BW, S/4 HANA) and Non-SAP Data source for consuming data in SAC using both Live and Import Data connections.
• Experience in migrating BPC solutions into SAC planning solution
• Experience in SAC Admin, system setup and connectivity. Must have worked on minimum 2 Planning implementation projects in SAP Analytics Cloud.
•  Experience in Designing SAP HANA Views and consume them in SAP Analytics on Cloud.
• Experience working on Support project in SAC.
• You will lead requirement gathering sessions to define data acquisition, virtual data models in SAP HANA and report layouts in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of group reporting, Central finance and their use in SAC planning is required.
• Experience in using SAP SAC and Datasphere for planning and analytics.
• Work with SAP BTP or HANA Administrators and Security team members on setup and configuration of user access
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate user stories and problem statements into project/solution requirements.
• Collaborate with extended Data and Analytics teams to design data pipelines to and from SAC.
• Develop solutions quickly through an Agile process utilizing incremental minimal viable products to obtain user feedback and iterate towards a final solution.
• Partner with functional and product teams to facilitate the deployment and adoption of delivered solutions.
• Job requires working multiple projects in parallel and maintaining a set delivery schedule on all projects.
• Facilitate with Product teams on strategy and lead team sessions to assess in betterment of SAP Analytics.
• Provide recommendations, develop customized solutions as needed, and manage follow-up & evaluation for all SAP planning requirements.
• Developing new Planning scenarios, interfaces, cubes & other reporting structures, as and when identified by business needs/projects.
• Assist with identified stabilisation & simplification initiatives to improve overall SAP Analytics planning solution processes & performance.
• Demonstrate BW and BPC experience, including experience in various Data and Analytics solutions based on AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Demonstrated experience in various reporting technologies like SAP AOE, EPM

Support and service

• Reviewing/Updating support & operations documentation where required
• Participating in production support rota during key activity periods when required month-end, quarter-end, year-end etc.
• Ensuring consistency of master data between SAC and related systems
• Reviewing & improving existing master data interfaces to eliminate master data issues in SAC, BW and BPC
• Liaising with other Business Engagement teams to ensure timely resolution of all issues and to promote good working relationships.

Other Responsibilities

• Knowledge of investigating data flows to and from SAC with SAP BW, SAP BPC systems, SAP S/4 and other non-SAP sources
• Proven ability to analyse source systems and investigate data extracts for both SAP and non-SAP sources.
• Strong understanding of financial analytics and experience in delivering finance and HCM analytics

• 5+ Years of SAP SAC planning and analytics experience - ability to link development requirements back to business requirements.

Specific previous experience –

• Proven experience in implementing SAP SAC in a multinational environment.
• Experience in providing infrastructure requirements.
• Experience in providing SAP SAC user training.
