Job Summary

Responsible for contributing in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering. Acts in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Concourse CI, or Jenkins.
• Manage end-to-end release lifecycle, including build automation, artifact management, versioning, and production deployments.
• Coordinate and execute application deployments across environments such as development, staging, and production.
• Implement and support deployment strategies like rolling deployments, blue-green deployments, and canary releases.
• Work with containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform.
• Monitor deployment health and troubleshoot issues using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve build failures, pipeline issues, and deployment blockers.
• Improve pipeline reliability and reduce deployment failures through automation and process improvements.
• Support rollback strategies and incident management during release windows.
• Maintain documentation for release processes, deployment standards, and operational procedures.
