Clarity PPM -Development Engineer 4
Description of Business Area
The Enablement Applications team is responsible for optimizing a broad suite of software products, across Project / Programme Management, Collaboration and DevOps. EnApps work closely with business users across the whole of Sky Group to ensure they have the right technology tools at their fingertips. It’s a growing team who work closely with some of the most innovative technology suppliers in the world.
What you’ll do
- Design and deliver high quality complex customizations within Sky’s Clarity PPM platform, combined with clear, detailed and accurate supporting documentation
- Contribute to Sky’s Clarity PPM strategy and identifying / delivering platform enhancements.
- Contribute to managing and maintaining Sky’s Clarity PPM On Premise platform including maintaining infrastructure.
- Resolve technical bugs, including root cause analysis, clean-up, and prevention of future occurrences: on-call support will be required.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Senior Clarity PPM Consultant including:
- Solution design and development to meet business requirements.
- Lead on successful on premise Clarity Upgrades.
- Experienced in support role both as a mentor and Clarity expert.
- Has designed and delivered complex customizations to meet complex business requirements.
- Highly experienced in On Premise Infrastructure Management / Maintenance

- Working Hours
- 9.30 -18.30 IST
- On call 50 % of non-working hours which can particularly include 1800-2200 UK time on Fridays to support timesheet and financial postings
Occasional weekend support during upgrade activities
