We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing modern web applications and a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop APIs, services, and integrations with databases and third-party platforms.
• Participate in system architecture design, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Architect scalable and maintainable backend solutions for real-time data processing.
• Develop strategies to optimize data retrieval, caching, and indexing for fast responses.
• Design fault-tolerant and resilient distributed systems using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• Optimize API performance and response times for a seamless user experience.
• Maintain clear and consistent documentation for applications and processes.
• Contribute to development of low-code applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, security, and DevOps pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations when handling user data.

Operational Excellence

• Improve monitoring, alerting, and logging capabilities for backend applications.
• Establish robust debugging and troubleshooting processes for production systems.
• Identify and resolve backend bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
• Optimize development workflows and deployment automation for high efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance backend infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Go (Golang) and Python for backend development.
• Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, React Native for frontend development.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
• Deep understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of state management techniques in React Native.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, AWS and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of data processing, analytics, and real-time event streaming.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, and data encryption.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data processing frameworks like Apache Flink or Spark.
• Experience with component-based/atomic design principles.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end architecture design principles.
• Familiarity with machine learning models and AI-driven analytics.
• Expertise in cloud-native application development and DevOps practices.
